Defective product is covered under a 1-year, limited warranty. Please select 'Product Defective' for one of the following reasons.
- Defects in materials or workmanship that result in loss of use through the course of normal and intended use of a product.
- Defects in wiring that prevent illumination of lighting product.
- Misrepresentation of product dimensions in Arteriors’ printed or electronic marketing materials; however, a tolerance of up to 10% is common with handcrafted products and should not be considered a defect unless the variance results in loss of use.
Missing Part- Claim forms must be submitted within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or return.

Inaccurate Website Description - Claim forms must be submitted within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or return.

Please Note: Our website will indicate if finish may vary, or if organic material is used that could cause cracks that are inherent to the item.
