Steve Davis serves as Arteriors’ President, overseeing all operational, financial, sales & marketing, customer service, and human capital aspects of Arteriors. Prior to joining Arteriors in 2012, Steve was the Chief Operating Officer of ResearchNow, the largest global online market research company, where he served as the company’s first COO overseeing rapid growth and transformation. He previously worked as Senior Vice President of SOURCECORP, Inc., an international business process outsourcing company, and was responsible for product management, offshore operations and IT. Steve previously served as a Division President of Michael’s Stores, Inc., and started his career with IBM, where he ultimately led a region of IBM’s supply and e-commerce consulting division. Steve graduated magna cum laude from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
Terry Clayton joined in February 2019 as Senior Vice President of Sales, overseeing global sales activity for all channels. Terry came to Arteriors from JANUS et Cie, where he served as SVP of Product Development and Marketing, leveraging his breadth of expertise in sales, marketing and product positioning to oversee the rapid maturation of the brand. Through his 13 year tenure, he also served as SVP of Sales where he successfully scaled the flagship showroom footprint on three continents and launched both the Marine and Contract sales channels. He was VP Sales for Waterworks and an early leader in the expansion of Coach Leatherware’s retail footprint. Terry is a graduate of Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.
Barbara “Barb” Fuller joined in February 2020 as Vice President of Marketing, overseeing global brand and omni-channel marketing initiatives. Barb has over two decades of experience leading product, licensing, brand and marketing initiatives for some of the most innovative and notable home and design brands: Waterworks, Tufenkian, LG’s Signature Kitchen Suite, St. Charles New York, Tumi and more. Having worked for both domestic and international brands, Barb brings a global perspective to Arteriors along with her commitment to making luxury products and building brands and businesses. Barb’s held a position on the Marketing Steering Committee for the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art (ICAA), is a member of the Design Leadership Network (DLN) and holds a BS degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Becca Lindsey joined Arteriors in 2013 to build the company’s Human Resources department. She currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Arteriors, she worked in the restaurant and retail sector serving as a generalist in the areas of recruiting, employee relations and compensation & benefits. In her years at Arteriors, she has created an employee centered philosophy that has shaped the company’s high performing culture and all human resources functions. Her non-traditional approach to employee relations and her genuine passion for innovative practices has aided in significant growth for Arteriors. Becca carries an SPHR and SHRM-SCP and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Marketing and an MS in Human Resource Management.
Lisa Burgan has served Arteriors since 1997 in progressive roles and currently serves as Vice President of Product Planning & Development. In her current role, Lisa leads purchasing, product development and all aspects of the product management lifecycle for Arteriors globally. Originally, Lisa began with the company in purchasing and quickly moved to managing our Private Label, Key Account and Closeout customers. She has continued to build, organize and evolve her teams in step with the growth and evolution of the company to support the trajectory of its success. She has also been instrumental in cultivating and maintaining the unique high performing culture that exists today. Lisa holds a BBA in Management from Texas Tech University.
