John Hart
CEO

John Hart has been a driving force behind the growth of several of the foremost brands serving the interior design community and joined Arteriors in 2024 as Chief Executive Officer. He most recently served as the CEO of Luminaire, a leading national design retailer headquartered in Miami, prior to which he helped lead luxury custom carpet maker Scott Group Studio as Co-CEO. John enjoyed a long and successful run at Kohler Company, where he helped build the company’s luxury home furnishings businesses in key roles including President of Ann Sacks, President of McGuire Furniture, and Chief Creative Officer of the Kohler Interiors Group, which also included Baker Furniture, Kallista and Robern. Originally from Portland, Oregon, John graduated from the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon and earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Kent Laber
Senior Vice President And CFO

Kent Laber joined Arteriors in 2024 and drives our finance, accounting, and treasury functions in addition to overseeing the operations and information technology departments. Kent most recently served as CFO of Takkion Group, a service provider to the renewable energy industry, prior to which he functioned as CFO for BSN Sports, a distributor of sporting goods apparel and equipment. His expertise is guiding companies through periods of growth in demanding environments. Kent’s experience also includes 15 years in managing director roles with consulting firms focused on turnarounds and operational improvement and 12 years with public accounting and consultancy firm PwC. Kent earned his MBA at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA in Accountancy at the University of Notre Dame.

Lisa Burgan
Senior Vice President, Sourcing

Lisa Burgan has served Arteriors since 1997 in progressive roles and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Sourcing. Originally, Lisa began with the company in purchasing and quickly moved to managing our Private Label, Key Account and Closeout customers. She has continued to build, organize and evolve her teams in step with the growth and evolution of the company to support the trajectory of its success. She has also been instrumental in cultivating and maintaining the unique high performing culture that exists today. Lisa holds a BBA in Management from Texas Tech University.

Terry Clayton
Senior Vice President, Sales

Terry Clayton joined in 2019 as Senior Vice President of Sales, overseeing global sales activity for all channels. Terry came to Arteriors from JANUS et Cie, where he served as SVP of Product Development and Marketing, leveraging his breadth of expertise in sales, marketing and product positioning to oversee the rapid maturation of the brand. Through his 13 year tenure, he also served as SVP of Sales where he successfully scaled the flagship showroom footprint on three continents and launched both the Marine and Contract sales channels. He was VP Sales for Waterworks and an early leader in the expansion of Coach Leatherware’s retail footprint. Terry is a graduate of Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business.

Gregory Heller
Vice President, Product

Gregory Heller joined Arteriors in 2025 as Vice President of Product, overseeing the product life cycle, managing the roadmap, setting performance benchmarks, and working closely with external designers to ensure design excellence and uphold the brand’s global standards of craftsmanship. Gregory comes from Bernhardt Furniture, where he held the position of VP of Merchandising, Residential Casegoods. His career includes leadership positions as VP of Product Marketing and Development at Baker Furniture and CCO at Theodore Alexander, where he specialized in translating consumer insights and design trends into high-performing product lines. A respected principal in product innovation, he specializes in cross-functional collaboration across merchandising, industrial design, engineering, and visual teams. He inspires teams to think creatively beyond existing features and benefits by identifying consumer needs and emerging trends to enhance the customer experience and foster brand loyalty. Gregory holds a BFA from The Ohio State University.

Robin Daniel
Vice President, Marketing

Robin Daniel joined Arteriors in 2025 as Vice President of Marketing, where she leads creative brand marketing and visual merchandising strategy. A brand builder, her experience is rooted in expanding the reach of respected companies within the luxury home category into new audiences and emerging channels. Robin most recently served as Director of Marketing at Peacock Alley, where she implemented innovative omnichannel marketing strategies that significantly enhanced brand visibility and grew its customer base within the trade. Prior to that, she was a key contributor to the advancement of digital marketing strategies at Perennials and Sutherland. Originally from Arlington, Texas, Robin earned a BS Degree in Journalism from Oklahoma State University.

Becca Lindsey
Vice President, Human Resources

Becca Lindsey joined Arteriors in 2013 to build the company’s Human Resources department. She currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Arteriors, she worked in the restaurant and retail sector serving as a generalist in the areas of recruiting, employee relations and compensation & benefits. In her years at Arteriors, she has created an employee centered philosophy that has shaped the company’s high performing culture and all human resources functions. Her non-traditional approach to employee relations and her genuine passion for innovative practices has aided in significant growth for Arteriors. Becca carries an SPHR and SHRM-SCP and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Marketing and an MS in Human Resource Management.

David Miyatake
Vice President, Information Technology

David Miyatake, Vice President of Information Technology leads the company's technology initiatives and drives its ongoing digital transformation in the luxury lighting and home furnishings industry. Prior to joining Arteriors in 2017, David gained a wealth of experience at FedEx Supply Chain/GENCO ATC overseeing application development and support for enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, business intelligence/data warehousing, warehouse management systems (WMS), and custom web application development. David's expertise empowers Arteriors to achieve operational excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. David holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Idaho.
